A nuclear power plant is being built in a small, peaceful town in South Korea. All residents are praising the nuclear power plant for bringing new jobs and life to the quiet town, with the exception of Jae Hyuk who lost his father and brother to a coolant accident while working at the nuclear power plant.
But now he has to work on the station against his will. The nuclear power plant is gradually corroding, and one day when an unexpected earthquake occurs, the old nuclear power plant pipes rupture, and the hydrogen gas explodes. To stop the nuclear explosion, Jae Hyuk enters the nuclear power plant to save his beloved village.
